POLICY:

• Deposits: There is a non-refundable $25 deposit fee for every service ($55 deposit fee for STUDIO) which goes towards your balance. This should be paid via cashapp before the shoot. The remaining balance can be paid via cashapp or cash on the day of the shoot. Studio bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance.

• Lateness: Please strive to arrive on time and prepared at the start of the shoot. In the event that the client is late, he/she will be subject to a $10 fee after every 10 minutes. Extra shooting time is not guaranteed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Copyright & Usage: All images remain the copyright of the photographer. Clients may use delivered images for personal use only unless commercial rights are agreed upon in writing.

• Image Delivery: Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. You’ll receive edited images in my signature style. I don’t release unedited/raw photos unless agreed upon in writing.

• Cancellations & Reschedules: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Liability: The photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including weather conditions, location restrictions, illness, or equipment failure. Clients participate in sessions at their own risk. The photographer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the session.
